   My addquicktag admin is not showing anything at all. It is not showing the add or delete quick tags form at all. Any solutions for this? :)

   The coding only shows up to

   <tr>									<th scope="col">Button Label*</th>									<th scope="col">Start Tag(s)*</th>
   <th scope="col">End Tag(s)</th>
   </tr>
   </thead>
   <tbody>

   Anything below it did not show up, even the wordpress admin footer didn't show up.

   Can anyone help me on this please? :(
