   I'm looking for a free plugin to allow my blog readers to signup so I can email them on a monthly basis with promotions. Ideally I'd like three fields: name, location and email but just name and email would do.

   The plugin used on this site would be ideal but I believe its a paid one.

   Example: http://demo.wpmailinglist.net/

   Does anyone know of a plugin to suit my purposes?

   which looks to fit the bill. I haven't gotten a chance to test it yet, though.

   MailChimp is free for the first 500 subscribers :)
