   I was able to create one gallery since installing the plugin. Now every time I try to create a new gallery, the gallery.xml file does not get created. The plugin creates the thumbnails and regular files but the gallery.xml file is not showing.

   I look at the folder through my FTP client and I don't see the gallery.xml file. However, I check the folder of the first gallery I created and the gallery.xml file is there as it should be.

   I tried optimizing the images for the web using Photoshop but that still did not work.

   Sorry for posting twice. I just wanted to make sure that the problem was seen in either troubleshooting forum.
