[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Include categories / archives

    Hello,

    Great plugin. It’s been very helpful so far!

    I’ve decided I do want the category & archives pages to be indexed (to avoid double content for crawlers). I do this by excluding these pages in the All in One SEO plugin.

    But I’m not sure if I need to deselect “include categories” and “include archives” in this Google-Sitemap-Generator plugin too…

    Can you let me know what you think?

    Hi,

    if you leave the checkboxes NOT checked (empty), the pages will NOT appear in your sitemap. This is also the default behaviour for archives and categories 🙂
