Rss feed errors after upgrading 2.7

    rss feed of my blog does not work
    it always error follows:

    XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
    Location: http://zenaz.co.uk/feed/
    Line Number 27, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
    ^

    I have tried fix errors like post:
    http://validator.w3.org/feed/docs/error/WPBlankLine.html

    but it still bugs, I try to delete all the blank lines outside of <? And?> in php files and disable all but the plugin still does not resolve the problem.

    any ideas and any help
