Integrate 100 Photo Images with PayPal — help with concept

I have a client who needs approimately 100 photographic images loaded to a WordPress blog. These images will be sold via a standard PayPal integration, but each image needs to have several choices of print size and several choices of frame type.

Other than just grunting my way through each of the PayPal “Add to Cart” buttons, does anyone have a suggestion about how to approach this project that might make it a bit less difficult and time consuming?
