Change name or WP install folder

HI,

I now have two 2.6 WP installs each in its own folder. I’ve uploaded to 2.7 folders and I want to move the config files over.

I would like to change the name of one of the folders. Will this break some sort of path statement?

When I did the install I don’t remember having to put a path put I’m not sure if the path is read and noted.
