   Hi,
   Does anyone know where I find the title or description of this theme?
   currently it says Just Another Wordpress Blog and I want to change it.
   Check it out here.

   I've looked in the header and stylesheets file but can't find it.

   Typically that's pulled from the tagline in your admin/settings/general area.

   Yes it's pulled from the Title and tagline in the General settings of the blog on the front page and on a single post page it's the title of the post and the title of the blog in the header.
