   After repeated attempts using both Explorer & Firefox and after logging out and back in, I can't seem to revise my theme. At the moment I'd like to revert back to the Wordpress Classic theme but no new theme will load. The current theme is one of the Wordpress off-the-shelf themes - ADSimple 1.0.2. Previously it often took several attempt before a new theme would load but now I'm getting nowhere. Any thoughts?

   Please describe how you are trying to activate the theme.

   Through the Dashboard -> Manage themes

   I deactivated all plugins and widgets and that had no effect either.

   Delete the theme, you should revert.

   Thanks so much. To clarify: Delete through the dashboard or delete the directory on the server? Don't see a delete option in the dashboard.

   delete theme files and folder on server and the default theme will automatically take over
