To post an ampersand type &
i tried the & but it didn’t work. i’m getting:
angels & demons
or with the suggestion you gave me i get:
angels & demons
all this is in the Links section of WordPress on the right column.
help 🙁
hmm. posting strange:
it’s at http://www.bluestool.com/blog
on the right column under “books”
i don’t know why it posts ok here. 🙁
I proper way for an ampersand is
&#[no zero]38;
&
look at the source for this and your page to see what is going on.
To put an ampersand into the menu area, you can use one of the following:
&
(ampersand,numbersign,zero,three,eight,semicolon)
&
(ampersand,numbersign,three,eight,semicolon)
&
(ampersand,amp,semicolon)
At least those work for me in wp1.2.2
——————————–
This, however, does NOT work for link descriptions in the menu. The only thing that works for me is to use the word “and” in place of the ampersand.
If I type &, then & appears. If I type &, & appears. If I type &, & appears.
