   I have been searching but cannot find a complete list that describes what each user level can/cannot do.

   I would be happy to add it to the Wiki if someone can get me the actual information.

   Thanks in advance to any and all who can point me to this.

   This works. Thank you very much PodZ. Not sure what the need for all of 6-10 is, but I ma thrilled to find this. I am going to edit slightly to include a few keywords like "permission" and "access levels" so it will be easier found by others in the future.

   A level 8 user can edit posts/comments belonging to a level 6 user, but not vice-versa.

   P.S. The above mentioned page does not show menus as I see them when logged in to the site admin. For example, there is no mention of the "Upload" menu. In the Admin (site.com/wp-admin) it appears only at level 4 or higher (WP 1.5 beta). Maybe this page is rather out of date.

   The Upload menu only shows when you activate it, via Options/Miscellaneous. The guide also only applies to v1.2.2, it will be updated for v1.5 shortly.
