Header and footer not showing right (2 posts)

    Hello

    I use http://xuyiyang.com/wordpress-themes/unnamed/

    The problem is that it's not showing right. I see the header and footer how it is supposed to be, but the other users don't. Is there any way to solve this problem ?

    My URL is http://www.cadeti-academiadepolitie.ro
