Default Wordpress Theme on Upgrade? (2 posts)

    I am about to upgrade from 2.6.5 to 2.7

    I have disabled plugins but was wondering if I needed to disable themes as well and go to by default theme during the process. Thanks

    This is indeed adviced by some. It never hurts, since your theme could be incompatible with the new version.
