   I'm trying to upgrade my plugins and I click on Upgrade Automatically and when I do (doesn't matter which plugin) I get this:

   Downloading update from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/all-in-one-seo-pack.zip

   Download failed.: Could not create Temporary file

   Installation Failed
   --
   Why can't I create a temporary file?

   either /tmp folder is does not exists, or does not have permissions.
