   Hi guys , i want to activate WP-sticky plugin but everytime i activate it i get this error, it was working fine with 2.6.5 but not with 2.7, i upgraded to 2.7

   Error is:

   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_sticky() (previously declared in /home/admin/domains/######.com/public_html/wp-includes/post.php:756) in /home/admin/domains/#######.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-sticky/wp-sticky.php on line 150

   Removed my sitename with "#####"

   please let me know guys, i really want this plugin or if u know any alternatives please let me know, i just want to stick 1 post forever on my main page as my 1st pos post.

   I had the same problem. So, I deleted the wp-sticky plugin and the error went away. I believe 2.7 comes with the sticky feature and does not need the plugin.

   Thx alot Gamerz, u rock. Keep up the good work. I only use plugins made by u ;)

   @ DrGonzoRIP, no i don't think so 2.7 has sticky feature.

   sameer04 - you can designate a post as 'Stick this post to the front page' in 2.7 under the Publish module under Visibility.
