   In 2.6.3 there was a radio button option to disable visual editor in the admin panel and now I cannot find it. Does it exist and if so, where is it?

   It should be visible under your user profile settings...

   Found it in the user profile section. Whenever I ask questions on forums I wind up finding the solution 2 seconds later.
