    I suggest an improvement to the current upgrade process. Why not create an upgrade file that simply contains the files that have changed from the previous version?

    It would make the upgrade much faster and easier than having to upload the entire WordPress install back to the server when 99% of the files are the same.

    Just a thought, but it should be really simple to implement.
