Hi there. I would like to use "Post Teaser" on WP 2.6 but am getting the error:
    "Cannot load post-teaser.php."

is there another plugin that performs the same task ?
here is the link to the plugin:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-teaser/

    and it's description:

Post Teaser generates a preview or "teaser" of a post for the main, archive and category pages, with a link underneath to go to the full post page. It includes features to generate a word count, image count, and an estimated reading time.

Reasons you might want to use Post Teaser:

    * You keep putting <!--more--> into your posts
    * You would like to save bandwidth by only having people view a full post if they actually want to read it
    * You just like the "teaser" format

    ok, corrections:
    1) the plugin says it won't work unless the php file is in the "plugins" directory (and not a subdirectory there).
I followed that instruction and now the plugin saves the options.
    2) the plugin FAQ, says it won't display a cutted post, if the post doesn't have < p > < /p > tags.
and since some of my post won't always have them - then the plugin seems to not work.

is any one up to seeing how to force the plugin to cut the post by a number of words (let's say plus a few words to get to the dot) ?

(if not, then I am using the excerpt, but it strips images and links, and that's a shame :( )

    Thanks for the reading anyway,
    Tal
