   Hi folks. I am new to the WP world, but I can already say I think I am here to stay for a while.

   When I click on the link to subscribe (right next to the rss icon) to an article ( http://reallystupidsite.com/feed ) I end up getting a 404 error.

   I figure I have set something up incorrectly, I just don't know what.

   Any and all help is appreciated.

   Do you know how I would correct the link to the proper URL? Do I need to upgrade the template or do I just need to fiddle one of the settings in the admin panel?

   before anything I would update your permalinks
   chmod .htaccess to 666
   pick correct permalink settings you want
   save
   chmod .htaccess back to 644 for security
   this should get everything working correctly
