If I make a post via TDO can I somehow re-edit this same post via the same form? I don't want the user to be able edit there post via the normal way... it gives them too many ways to muck up their posts... I like it that TDO restricts the fearures available for a user to post an article
No, not currently. However I am working on this feature.

Thanks for that... would a donation help things along in that regard? :)
A donation is always a great encouragement! :) But I must warn you, at the rate I'm going these days, it's not going to appear until the new year at least. :(

How we looking on this feature?
Slowly. I did have a edit form up and running last week. Preview and all. However there is so much to do around it that its slow going.

Ok... from what i can gather this feature is no up and running... but for the life of me I just don't know how to go about configuring it so that the person who published the post via the TDO form can then log in and re-edit it the same form via the same/similar TDO form...
Is there a tutorial of sorts anywhere to guide me through this?
Thanks
I'm afraid there isn't a tutorial. But it should be noted that form is either for submitting or editing, not both. So if you'd like to use the same form, you must create a new one by copying it and then setting it to be an editing form. Not all widgets are supported on the editing form.

right, so let me see if I have this correct.
1. I create a new form for a user to submit.. easy i can do that :)
2. I create another form with all the same bits/custom fields etc but make it an EDIT form , not a SUBMIT type of form... how am i going?
3. When the user logs in the go to the page that has the EDIT form and they should then see all the details from their previous submitted form there waiting for them to re edit?
is it as easy as that? :) (please say yes!)
