   I downloaded the software 2.6.5. When I got to the point where I was extracting files, this is the error message that I got:

   The exception unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occurred in the application at location 0x03c4c00c

   Then it said I could terminate or debug.
   Help!

   Sounds like your download might be corrupt. Delete it and redownload.

   also, don't use the native unzipper in windows - get a free decent one
