   Popupper 1.3 fixes a set of bugs that were preventing popups from being shown in some circumstances. Let me know if you find any issues.

   What OS are you developing/viewing in? I am one of probably 1000s of disgruntled Vista users. Could this with not being able to get a usable install, a Vista issue?

   I am developing on a mac, are you not able to use Popupper 1.3 on Vista? If so, what browser, wordpress version?
