Only the default settings are being honoured by the plugin. If I configure the Elements to Replace section to use different fonts for h1 and h2 they are not used.
Looking at the page source I can see that FLIR.auto() is being called when it needs to call FLIR.replace(<em>stuff here</em>) to do customised replacements.
Ah, I figured it out. The JavaScript method needs to be set to a library (instead of Automatic) to enable the Elements to Replace settings.
This needs better documentation.

You're right it does. Thanks for reminding me. I've changed the behavior in the latest version to not display the Elements to Replace section when set to Automatic. Also it now will use the Element Types in the configuration to render when using Automatic.
