   Upon successful upgrade to 2.2 from the last available version I now have an error in the admin panel Dashboard that says the following.

   Forbidden
   You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/index-extra.php on this server.
   
   Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

   It shows up on the Incoming Links, WordPress Development Blog Feed, and the Other WordPress News Feed and nothing else.

   Any ideas?
