21sec load time… Host says it's not their fault

Having issues with my site bootcampinstitute.com

Load time is forever long, updates sometimes taking 30mins to sink in, and plugins not working properly.

One plugin we have is wish list member… That’s been an issue in the past but can’t figure it out this time.

Just not sure what the next step is… Friend is messing around with the Cron job(?) now hoping to speed things up.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
