   When inserting any image, if I choose Medium size it will show the caption in the editor. If I choose Full size it will set the alt text but the caption tags are completely missing.

   I would like to always show the caption if I enter one. Is there a way to make it do that?

   Fixed now. I was using the recommendation from http://wordpress.org/support/topic/164667 to change the media.php file and that seems to break the caption system.
