Ok, here's what I want to do.

See that box, about half way down the page? Ok, well, I want to put my blog:

in that box.
What I'm thinking is there I can put a table in, and insert a line of code that would retrieve the information from the blog and display it here. Is that possible?
That's a "classic" case for what is described in this integration tutorial. However, I have to warn you: any internal blog/WP link will take the visitor to the ugly default themed blog! (it is mentioned even in the tutorial, people just don't read it carefully...)
