   within dashboard, when I go to put a post into a page I need the post id number, well that is not showing up. I am logged in as an administrator.

   Yeah, they removed that by mistake.

   1. Hover - you will see it in the toolbar.
   2. Plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/reveal-ids-for-wp-admin-25/
