Hi new to 1.5 and need some “Category” help

    i just got 1.5 up and running – looks really good – i would like to tweek the categories a bit

    1) allow a private category option and grant acccess to users with ‘private’ user permissions

    2) allow users to iniate a category “Topic” or perhaps be able to “Suggest a Category” and put it into a que for approval

    3) make a categry “Sticky”
