   there are only 2 functions when i download both for the sidebar :S
   this means i cant post from the backend as it throws header errors

   Hi, I've downloaded theme a few minutes ago. There's an error in the functions.php file on line 11 which sends headers where they don't belong. You just need to delete blank line between
   ?>
   and
   <?php
