What version of Podcasting / WordPress are you using? When did this start occurring? Have you installed any new plugins as of late?
I’m having the same problem. I think 2.7 broke this plugin. At least, it broke my feed.
I think this plugin is broken in 2.7.
I’m working on checking for 2.7 compatibility this afternoon, so if there are any problems, I’ll have a fix out today.

I still have the problem of my podcast feed not updating after adding new episodes. And now it’s screwed my up iTunes profile. It lists my feed as: http://www.dumbdrum.com/feed, when it should be http://www.dumbdrum.com/feed/podcast/
BTW, if you check my feed right now. It’s just completely blank. I’m running the latest version of the plugin.

Sorry to hear about the feed switching to your main feed. I have heard of this issue from one other user who was testing another podcasting plugin at the time they upgraded to 2.7. Did this happen to you as well?
Regarding the feed display, your feed content is actually there, there is just some invalidness to your feed causing issues.
First off, itunes durations should b entered as 2:08:00 not 2h 8m. The second issue appears to be you have a nbsp in your description for The DUmb #15 • Cleaning Up For 2009.
Try correcting those two issues and let me know if your theme displays.
I am working on my first blog and things look fine when I open the website on Firefox, but when I access the site using Internet Explorer only the title is visible. Any suggestions appreciated.

Now what about iTunes switching and using my main feed instead of my podcast feed? Yes, this might have occurred around the time when I upgraded to 2.7. How can it be fixed?
Go to the directory WordPress is installed in and open wp-includes/feed-rss2.php. Somewhere after line 23 and before line 35 add this:
<itunes:new-feed-url>URL OF YOUR ITUNES FEED</itunes:new-feed-url>
Leave that line there for about 2 weeks to make sure everyone has the correct URL, then remove the line.

BTW, you forgot to mention you need to add the namespace declaration to <rss> or the itunes tags won’t work.

I have a major problem since upgrading to 2.7, if I use 1.65 it doesn’t enclose the mp3 properly, you can view the feed fine but it doesn’t have an enclosure. It also redirects feed/podcast/ to the main feed.
When I use the latest beta, it encloses the older podcasts but doesn’t work on any new posts.
I also get this error when using the latest beta when trying to add the mp3 to the post.
Server failed to respond to remote request. There may be DNS or cURL issues on your server. Contact your host for support with cURL connections.
To make things even weirder. I have another podcast on the same server, the exact same set up and plugins, and it works just fine with 1.65
