Blog is gone

Hello. My wordpress is located at http://www.droptonestudio.com

I recently changed the URL my blog was located at from /blog/ where the core files still remain, to the root. I updated htaccess and all the pages work fine. I am also using static pages for my front page and blog posts. The problem is that when I try to access the blog page (which happens to be called blog) it gives me a forbidden error. If my core files are located at /blog/ is there no way I can use the page name blog to access the page with posts? I have to change the page to a new name?
