   I'm trying to hide the Meta section in my sidebar but I'm having no luck.

   I've tried deleting it, as well as putting it in comment tags and nothing is working.

   Any suggestions?

   I just figured it out.

   I went under design > widgets
   On the right I selected 'meta' and clicked 'remove'

   I don't see a way to hide it in my version.

   Widgets is under Appearance and there is a list of them, including Meta, but I don't have the option to hide any of them.

   Anyone else know?
