   hey everyone,

   thanks for reading, and hopefully thanks for helping!

   well, my problem is with henrychalise.info, one of four wordpresses I have running, well five if you count one that hasn't gone "public" yet. anyway, point is, i'm not usually mystified by anything in wordpress, and probably i'm just being dumb here, but if you go here: http://henrychalise.info/?page_id=6 you see that it is trying to categorize my page? i don't know what the deal is with that. i've been googling and looking through the codex, but i'm not finding any resolution. can someone tell me how to remove the categorization? i'd like for it to suppress categories even of posts, although i still want people to be able to navigate through categorization.

   please help! thanks!

   Im guessing u dont have a page.php in your theme's directory? can u post your "index.php" code at pastebin

   That code uses the_post_data which is not something familiar.

   Might want to understand what template files are being used by your theme by reviewing Template Hierarchy and as chaoskaizer hinted, you might want to use a Page template such as page.php to present your Pages.
