2.6.3 upgrade — all internal links not working now

Hi,

I upgraded from 2.6.2 to 2.6.3 on WordPress about a week ago and since I did that, none of my internal links at my blog work.

I believe I upgraded right because I received no error messages and the upgrade notice on my control panel disappeared after the upgrade.

I also did not touch the php config file.

Why do internal links not work?
