• Hi All.
Last week I tried to install WP in my host server. I fails. And now my site is freezed. It shows the infamous 500 internal server error. I contacted the server support team and I asked them if I could install WP in the server. They said me yes, but: “… just remember that PHP safe-mode is on, therefore you will have to modify any scripts you are trying to use so that they will work with safe-mode on”.

How can I do that -to modify the scripts?

I asked about the 500 internal server error, and they send me a message: “The maximum number of internal redirects has been reached. Assuming configuration error. Use
‘RewriteOptions MaxRedirects’ to increase the limit if neccessary”.

What that means? It’s related to the .htaccess files? How can I access to the .htacces? I found this on the net http://www.webservertalk.com/archive54-2004-6-269468.html.

    ?????????

I don’t understand it. I’m not a programer or a geek or something like that. I’m just a filmmaker.

You guys, can help me? I’m desperate.

    How I can fix this?

    THANKS A LOT!!!!!
