Thank you for your help but I was looking for a way to emigrate my website (with 7 languages )(english/french/german/italian/portugues/spanish/chinise) and I’m looking a easy way to have WP on the 7 languages on a way that if you select a languages (small flag/word) all the page will be on this language (menus/links, etc..)but I don’t need a automatic translation because I have friends that will made the translation for me, anyway there is away to do this?

You might want to check this again:

The plugin has a feature (of sorts) for also setting localization on your blog.

Thank you Kafkaesqui I take a look again and it seems that also the links are change dynamically when you change the language (can you confirm this please?)
But it seems that the navigations (language don’t change) here a sample:

Can you tell me if I’m wrong? Or I can use this plug in and migrate my old website (7 languages).
I don’t use it, but know it works to a degree with WordPress’ Localization functionality, which affects various elements of the interface. Of course, what would change on a blog when switching language choice would depend on what’s been hooked into that.
If you’ve not seen them, here’s a couple pages on WP Localization:
