This is my new photography blog, on which I spent like a week to make it. Well, I'm fresh with wordpress, expecting your help and comments.
BTW, hope you like the pictures, I will keep updating for sure. :)

anyone like my blog???
Looks nice and simple. Like the option of changing the text size at the top. A few things I would change:
Don't link to flicker with your image. I didn't appreciate having to click 'back' to return to the site. Maybe use a text link or something.
Have your 'next button visible at the top next to your image.
Don't hide the 'recent posts' list. I thought you had nothing but the tree photograph on your site at first.
Clicking on 'read on', I expected something about the picture to read, not just photographic information (but this might just because I don't photoblog.
Sorry it's a bit negative! The site is by no means bad! Keep going :)
Really appreciate your inputs! I will try to improve some ideas that you mentioned!
I have remove the link click of the pictures, that was only one mistake I made that day, haha, now corrected. Picture will have no link.
I've add the next buttom at the top of the contents.
I've put the "recent posts" in the bottom slide bar and also the archieves and category.
The trouble I have now: when I write something for my pictures, the article can't be hide inside the read on...I've no idea how to make it, because I want my pages keep simple and clean.
How do you insert pictures in your blog without url?
Hmmm. Your site is currently inaccessible.
to Pointtodaair: I use wordpress function "add an image-->from URL"
To Velvetblurs: Sorry that I made a mis-click changed my index.php, now I've correct it back and it's working now. tks for your interesting on my site. I've just updated a new picture showing Chinese Traditional architecture on the water, kind of lounge bridge. Hope you like it!
Appreciate all your comments! Say it, no matter good or bad!
Since I can't solve the problem and to show pictures only right now, I just removed the read on button and show my short instructions on the page directly. And I flattened the paragraph to occupy 100% width of the page.
as its a photoblog, i would add what camera you used, apperature, lens etc. if you have a dslr it should be even easier to access - just a thought though
Slumchums, tks for your idea, but I would like to keep my page as clean as possible. Or maybe I will add those information as you said in the future depend on visitor's preference.
Thank you again!
I finally made my bottom sidebar perfect and solved the problem of not aligned horizontally in Safari and firefox.
My site has been upgraded to 2.7!
Nice site Zimmer. You don't happen to post on steves-digicams, do you? Your nickname sounds familiar.
i like the design. i'd also show the exif data somewhere. if you don't want to clutter the page with it, i'd use a js effect like thickbox or highslide for it. then everybody who wants to can open it...
To offthedial.ca:
Thank you, actually this is not my nick name, it was my idea to use Zimmer as my photography concept. Zimmer means "room" in Germany and I want to keep my photography as part of my room in my life. I do not now who's the same name...but...it's not a that unusual name, isn't? Welcome for your next visit!
To travel-junkie:
Thank you for your visit also, I do need that kind of JS, can you offer me one? I'm not able to write codes myself...pity.
Happy Chinese Bull's Year and wish you all good luck this year keeping far away from the global economy crisis impacts.
nice site but try to leave some space for photo comments.

Hello Zimmer!
I just visited your site, and you have done a wonderful job, very clean and sharp. You have some really great photos too.
I had to hunt around to find the photos though. When I saw the archives, I expected to find blog entries, and that is where I found the photos. You have so many great shots, would be nice to be able to find them easier.
Enjoy your room! What a great way of looking at it!
Regards,
Carol Culver De Leo
thank you Leo
