    I'm trying to take advantage of the Google AJAX Feed API that you can check out here.

    It is quite clean, and allows you to take feeds from other sites and have them display on your site in a couple of different ways. I've been using Feedsweep pretty successfully, but kind of like the AJAX look.

    So, for you developers out there, how about a plugin that takes advantage of to Google AJAX Feed API? I've looked, but have not been able to find one.

    I've also tried to get it to work by adding some code to the header.php file and into a page that I created, but did not have much luck.

    It's working here, but not working http://conservative247.org/rss-test2.

    I may also be making a mess of things with the code structure... not good ... while trying to get it to work.

    Any ideas?

    I used it to generate a slideshow from RSS here.

    It sort of works. I've got multiple slideshows happening, but I had to unscramble the request parameters in the URL coz WP mangles ampersands.

    I managed to get it going in the sidebar and from within a post as well.

    But one thing doesn't work - when you click on an image it's supposed to redirect you to the hyperlink of the image. It does in the html examples. But it doesn't in my WordPress example.

    I'd be grateful if someone could explain why the hyperlinks in the slideshow seem to have disappeared when the slideshow is used in wordpress.

    I fixed the problem with the hyperlink not working in the slideshow by manually setting the imageClickCallback option, supplying my own click handler, and then manually resuming the slideshow. If you download this JS file, you can see how I did it.

    I tried both:

    http://en.nonprofitorgs.wordpress.com/feed
    http://nonprofitorgs.wordpress.com/feed

    Neither work. Any idea as to why?
