Three options I can think of off-hand:
1. Have your friend set up a page to include the blog page (from your site) within a HTML frame.
2. Have your friend set up a RSS feed aggregator (though that would only allow him to grab and display post contents).
3. Convince your friend to get a better host.

Kafkaesqui well mate,
Please let me the method of how to nest the blog stuff inside the html? the friends server supports php? If i edit the wp-config’s stuff to point to my MySQL server in my domain will i be able to accomplish… Basically what i need is to run the blog at my friends server while the SQL server is running on my server.

The MySQL server would need to be accessable remotely (i.e. from your friend’s host). Not many hosts would provide this due to security issues, but it never hurts to ask.

Yes, that should work fine.

You can try to change the wp-config but there is chance of 99.9% that SQL server of your provider is configured to allow connection only by machine inside it’s network and it won’t allow connection form external IP.
