   Hello there.I have a problem.Is there a way for a page to be linked somewhere else?Any other method rather then using permalinks?

   If I understand what you want...

   If you want a page to link somwhere else, grab the Redirectify plugin. Then edit that page you were talking about and add a Custom Field with a Key of 'redirect' and a Value of the url to 'somewhere else'.
