   Ok I got the wp contact form 7 in my plug -in directory and activated it. now what??

   how do i get to go on my contact me page?

   thanks for any input. I am getting aquainted with wp for the first time and it seems more complicated than i thought

   put this
   [contact-form 1 "Contact form 1"]
   in the text field of the new contact page you create - it will call the form to that page
