This plugin is really great.
However I had an issue with this, since the tag page would link to each article into the proper blog, but it wasn't possible to indicate the blog of origin.
So I did a small modification to the script tha creates two more meta-tags (one with the blog name, the second with the blog url) that I can recall from the theme template to show the originating blog title.

That would create a lot of duplicated data in postmeta wouldn't it? It's probably better to use get_blog_details()
