   I just signed up with wordpress.org and know that I want the new balance of blue theme. I downloaded it..now what?

   Now, using a good FTP client like FileZilla you upload it to wp-content/themes and activate it through the WordPress interface. Take care to avoid the "folder nesting" problem. See this post,

   i ran it in a zip file and now it is saying that i am missing style sheet

   No LenK...if we transfer the .zip file with a FTP client into the themes directory, it will not work.
   We have to first decompress the .zip file, then open it and there will be another file with the same name inside the decompressed file. We are supposed to tranfer that file,then only the theme will work fine.

   That's what I'm thinking the OP did which is why I wanted the URL so I could take a peek.
