   I set up a "welcome" front page, but I still have a redundant "home" page.

   Grateful if someone can tell me how to remove it. Thanks

   Many times that 'Home' is hardcoded in a theme's header.php file.

   I have this situation too, but I would prefer not to change templates...what would the hard code look like? Maybe I can comment it out?
