   When I check the "Disable the Dashboard" checkbox, the dashboard does get removed, but I don't see any way show it for admins. How do I give users the view_dashboard capability?

   Hi David,

   You can add custom user capabilities (like view_dashboard) with the Role Manager plugin.

   Nice. I downloaded it and installed it, but when I tried to add the view_dashboard capability I got the following error:

   A valid capability name can only have letters, digits and spaces. Try Role Managers "Spaces allowed in Capabilities" option.

   Checking that option doesn't help. Any ideas?

   Change the underscore by a space

   Hi DavidPotter,

   Add one more record which have option_name: “IWG_RoleMan_Spaces_in_Caps“, option_value: “1” and autoload: “yes” to your wordpress options table.
