Upgraded to 2.6.3 – Posting page hangs, error when I publish

    I upgraded my client to 2.6.3 and now I’m having trouble with it.

    I can edit the theme and putter around the dashboard but when I try to write a post or page it hangs for a long time and acts all quirky.

    When it finally loads and I try to publish a post I get a 500 error 🙁

    I re-loaded my WP files and it’s still doing it.

    Does anyone have any suggestions for what to troubleshoot or fix?

    Anyone had a similar problem?

    Should I downgrade?

    I downgraded just to see if it helped and curiously it did make it so I can post – but the write page STILL hangs and freezes my browser for about two minutes each time it loads.

    I have completely reloaded the entire installation.

    Any ideas?
