   Hello,

   It has been a while since I have been heavily involved in all things WordPress, so I figured I'd try coming to the community to see if I can get my answers from people that probably know better than me...

   I am a web designer and the leader for a gaming community known as Hooligans. I am currently redesigning our site which is currently just a forum. I want a full scale site with it's own sections and new tools for both myself, my assistants and the members of the community.

   With the site I want a front page that is your typical news and updates with some RSS feeds maybe or other small details. However, not only I will be posting on the main page. I also have division leaders who'll need to be able to post on the main page from time to time as well as post on their division's homepage. I also want a new forum system that could fit into WordPress easily.

   Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you in advance to anyone who is willing to lend me some advice!

   What advice do you want? Specific questions tend to get answers. Generic "give me some advice" questions don't.

   Ask a question, get an answer. That's how it works.

   Well, good to see the WordPress community is as nice as ever. I'll just go look at another CMS option and save myself the headache of trying to get anything here with people like Otto running the boards.

   You've always been just a mean guy man. Cheer up. Did I was a direct question? No. However, I was curious as to what my options were with what I wanted to do. I thought that may be enough information for someone, including yourself Mr. WP-Guru, to give me some information or even a heads up that I cannot get what I want from WP.

   However, you needed to be rude about it. So peace.

   Wow. If you thought that was rude, you should see me when I'm actually trying to be rude. :P

   For reference, that was not "rude", that was "blunt". When I ask a question like "What advice do you want?" then that's not sarcasm, I'm actually asking you a question. If you want advice, then you kind of have to tell us what advice you're looking for.

   wordpress can do it. but don't let Otto be *blunt*:)

   wordpress is very flexible to do all you asked

   if you need some help try to make some specific question to the community!

   LOL! You need a good magazine style wordpress theme.

   I like Revolution themes very much. See this gamer team's use:
