Spaminator not closing tags

With the new spaminator everything is working except I am getting the spaminator tags in some comments. especially if you use a ! at the end of the comment.

IT looks something like this on the blog:
Yeah, it’s easy to use. X-spaminator-passed: IP check –>

Is there any way to just get rid of the tags. I like the plugin and it works great.

I am using the newset build of 1.5.
