Edit Nav Box

    On the right hand nav box there is a header called Meta: with 5 items underneath. These seem to be the default.

    Is there anyway to remove some of these items or change the descriptions? I want to remove Comments RSS.

    I have tried editing the theme in admin but it has no effect.
